More About Your Role

This is an individual contributor role reporting directly to the President/Chief Operating Officer of the Ohio operation. As you come on board, you will go through a 3-month "breaking in" period during which you will gain clinical product knowledge and learn the nuances of our complex contracts and pricing structure.

We have a long sales cycle, ranging from nine to 14 months, and you'll be juggling 25-30 accounts concurrently in various stages of completion as you maintain a detail orientation and meet your sales targets. Specifically, your responsibilities are to:

Pivotal to your success in this role is your ability to develop an inside-out understanding of LTC care potential clients as you showcase a kind, compassionate style of cultivating and sustaining authentic relationships with DONs and extended care facilities. With great tact and diplomacy, you will successfully navigate past the gatekeeper(s) and target the true decision maker to drive sales excellence. You will also showcase an unflappable "whatever it takes" team-player attitude to get the job done right as you juggle multiple accounts and priorities. And last but not least, you will be fully vested in RSO's success as you leverage your healthcare sales experience and recommend your own ideas for improvements to push us to the next level.
